Here is the Valentine’s Day menu on offer at the Domaine de Roiffé from Friday 13 February to Sunday 15 February
This is a 4-course menu, at €44 per person.

Starter; Perfect egg, Creamy winter vegetables, Hazelnut oil or Salmon Gravelax, Roast beetroot, Ruby and lemon juice
Main course; Rack of lamb, Paillasson potatoes with Fleur de Sel, pan-fried mushrooms and spicy jus or
Creamy Risotto with Coconut Milk and Ginger, Skewer of Prawns with Lemongrass, Julienne of Vegetables with Lime (Vegetarian on request) or Rump Steak (210 grams) – Matured Beef, Roasted Grilled Apples, Hearty Jus (Sup 5€)
Cheeses: fresh goat’s cheese nougat from Vazereau, toasted farmhouse bread
Dessert; Profiterole, Dark Chocolate Ganache, Raspberry Confit or Pear Entremet, Hazelnut Financial Biscuit, Lemon Crunch
