Main course; Rack of lamb, Paillasson potatoes with Fleur de Sel, pan-fried mushrooms and spicy jus or
Creamy Risotto with Coconut Milk and Ginger, Skewer of Prawns with Lemongrass, Julienne of Vegetables with Lime (Vegetarian on request) or Rump Steak (210 grams) – Matured Beef, Roasted Grilled Apples, Hearty Jus (Sup 5€)
Cheeses: fresh goat’s cheese nougat from Vazereau, toasted farmhouse bread
