What do Acadia, Quebec, Louisiana and Poitou have in common?
A place of discovery and remembrance: Take a journey back in time and relive the history of the families from Loudun who set out in the 17th century to colonise the territories of New France. In the heart of the Loudun region, the Maison de l’Acadie has just reopened its doors with a new, more engaging and interactive exhibition layout.
During this one-hour guided tour, discover artefacts from Canada and Poitou, and even the largest Acadian flag, which serves as a timeline!!!
