The appellations of the Pays Loudunais are the ambassadors of a know-how that invites you to take the time to do things right (especially when it comes to wine). For them, it’s a question of sharing their work in the vineyard and offering a simple tasting experience. The winegrowers love to talk about their land, their grapes and the weather (because here, everything depends on the minute of sunshine!). It’s a unique experience, and you’ll often leave with a bottle (or two) with a story behind it.

As well as being a wine-growing region, the Pays Loudunais is also a gourmet region. The two go so well together! The markets are full of simple, tasty, home-made products, often sold by those who picked them that very morning. Cheeses, fruit, honey, old-fashioned vegetables… everything you need to accompany a well-chosen glass of wine.
